For nearly twenty years, the Cleveland Department of Aging has highlighted the achievements and importance of its elder community with an annual Senior Day. Held annually in May during Older Americans Month, the celebration includes the recognition of outstanding seniors, lunch and entertainment.

This year marks the 20th Annual Senior Day, which will be held on May 21, 2009 at the Cleveland Convention Center at 500 Lakeside Avenue in downtown Cleveland.The event's theme this year is "Spotlight on Our Seniors."

All seniors are invited to attend, and admission is free of charge. A schedule of events follows below:
